Hi, I’m Temi and i’m your average 22 year old with a passion for all things health and fitness. I’ve always been active and played a variety of sports growing up. Everything from Volleyball, to Basketball to running Track and Field. I’ve coached high school track for over 4 years and have my PT + CPR AED certification.I started weight training in 2013 and haven’t looked back since. The whole healthy living, healthy lifestyle bit came into effect in 2014 and that’s when my life truly changed for the better.
Since I began taking my health seriously I’ve noticed a significant amount of growth both physically and mentally. My goal is to inspire others to work towards their health and physique goals (whether big or small) while living a balanced lifestyle.
